Accuracy of Information
SC Reptiles makes every effort to ensure that information on this website,
including the stock availability is up to date and correct, however we
cannot guarantee this.
Pricing, discounts, and trades are entirely at our discretion.
Payment
Payment may be made by cash or cheque, if paying by cheque this will
require clearing prior to the animal being collected.
Deposits of 25% can be made
for any of our animals. This will secure the animal and it will then be
unavailable for purchase by anyone else for a maximum of 14 days from
receipt of deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. If the final payment
is not received within the 14 day period the animal will be made available
for sale again.
Collection and Delivery
All animals leaving our
premises are healthy and in good condition. We do our best to make sure
that they have had several feeds, and are feeding on defrost rats or mice,
unless otherwise stated.
Our preference is for the
animals to be collected from our premises located near Portsmouth, UK.
Delivery (and associated
costs) is available on request, this may either be a personal service
conducted by ourselves, or upon the customer's request, we may use a courier service.
Courier delivery is
subject to weather conditions and therefore if too cold then delivery will
be postponed until better weather, you will be kept up to date at all
times. Please note SC Reptiles do not accept responsibility for the
animal's well fare during transit and delivery if a courier service is
requested.
Please make sure someone is
available to sign for the consignment, failure to do so will result in the
animal being returned to us. After which we do not re-courier hence
collection will be your only option.
Please note, we do not currently
ship outside the mainland UK.
Paperwork
Our animals come with full
paper work and photo ID guaranteeing parentage.
We maintain feeding records and hatch dates for all our animals, copies of
which are available on request.
Refunds
In the unlikely event of you
are not satisfied with an animal you have purchased from SC Reptiles you
must phone us within 24 hours and we will either exchange or refund your
money in full. After the
24 hour period SC Reptiles take no further responsibility for the animal.
NOTE: Refunds are only available for animals that have been
collected from our premises in Portsmouth or personally delivered by
ourselves. Refunds are
not available on animals delivered by courier, as SC Reptiles cannot
ensure the animal's well fare during transit.
Privacy
All personal
information obtained by SC Reptiles is used solely for the purpose of
fulfilling your order. It will never be passed on to any third parties.
After Sales
All our customers will receive
full after sales service on any matters that may arise and this would
include advice on the care and breeding their own royal pythons.
